These are my top core exercise that I swear by to produce results - ie, 6-pack abs

Weighted Dead Bug (Dumbbells)
Lay supine with arms extended vertically and legs elevated at 90 degrees. Slowly lower your left arm over your head and your right leg (extended) until they touch the ground - then return to the starting position, and alternate.
Regress - Perform with no dumbbells
Progress - Hold light dumbbells -
Single leg Bench Raise

Leg Raises
Start by attempting this exercise without clenching a medicine or slam ball between your legs. The aim is to hang from a pull up bar and raise your knees and your lower abdomen until the soles of your feet are vertical.
Regress by not hanging but by placing your forearms on the parallel bars.
